HR Director

Advaiya, Inc. is a high-end technology and business strategy firm that provides services to help accelerate the adoption of emerging technology. We do not work directly for end customers; instead, we serve as a strategic vendor to other technology firms and their partner ecosystem. Specifically, Advaiya, Inc. performs the following high-level services: Consults with our clients to develop a strategy to help them roll out their new technology Creates marketing and sales content Provides training and pre-sales support Provides technical delivery support

 

We are looking for an HR Director who can take responsibility for the oversight all domestic and international HR strategy and results. This position reports to the COO.

 

Core Job Responsibilities:Actively assist International Management with managing their human capital/human resources to achieve business results. Strategic as well as hands on recruiting Employee relations Employment law Management training and development. Act as the primary HR contact for the Executive International Management team. Ensures that the firm complies with all domestic and foreign employment laws and regulations in each country where we have locations.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:5-8 years of experience as an HR Manager or Director within the Software/Marketing industry. This experience must include international recruiting, employee relations, and management/leadership development.  Minimum of 4 years supporting multiple international locations in an HR Management capacity. Bachelors Degree required. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment Proven ability to meet numerous statutory deadlines under tight time constraints Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective communication skills, time management and organization skills Great attitude and affirmatively oriented supervisory skills Required to work in excess of 40 hours per week on short notice and may include evening and weekend hours in order to service clients worldwide; able to be reached at all hours on company-provided cell phone.
