Job Title:  HR Generalist/Quality Assurance

Location: Arlington, VA

SUMMARY
HR Generalist/Quality Assurance is a position on a project for a federal government agency in the Office of Human Capital Management. The position provides quality assurance on Personnel Action Processing.

RESPONSIBILITES:
• Quality Assurance on personnel actions processing to include running daily quality checks on a random number of processed personnel actions, checking all vital data elements in processed actions, finding trends in errors for training emphasis.
• Knowledge of personnel action processing in a Federal Government environment, with special emphasis on NFC applications to include: EPIC, HCUP, IRIS, PMSO.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors degree.
• Prior Human Resources experience essential, experience with federal human capital management programs desired.

SKILLS
• Strong analytical skills.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Windows (latest version), MS Excel and MS Outlook.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable work ethic.
• Must be customer service oriented and able to catch on quickly.
