Position Summary:
Provides a variety of HR support services related to international assignment management (IAM), such as: explaining international assignment terms and conditions to employee's and their family members. Initiate and authorize movement storage of household goods with Cartus, a relocation services provider. Coordinates passport and visa services by providing requirements and managing receipt of required documents as required for IAM processing. Prepares all assignment and new hire documentation including employment offer letters and recitals in accordance with policies and approved assignment conditions.
Interfaces with Expatriate Tax, HR Input, Benefits and Domestic and International payroll teams on international assignment issues as required. Manage tracking mechanism for each action and provide status updates to project as requried. Assists with Six Sigma and other work process improvement initiatives in the collection of data as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration with human resources major/concentration preferred. Five years of experience in Human Resources or international human resources experience is required.
Proven exceptional personal communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) when dealing with employees, and managers and being able to work well under pressure while meeting sever time constraints. Demonstrated ability for responsiveness and delivery of high quality services while dealing with multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative and be well organized and able to work within a priority-changing environment. Professionalism, dependability, flexibility, team player attitude, and
the ability to properly handle confidential information are a must. Experience using HRIS systems (SAP or similar) a plus.An intermediate skill level in the use of Word and Excel is necessary.
