Collaborate to plan the engagement. Direct daily fieldwork, information supervisors of the engagement status and manage staff performance and budget. Manage expectations of deliverables and timing. Stay informed of business/economic developments and their impact to the clientPeople Development Encourage independent thinking, innovation and teamwork. Share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery. Respect/protect confidential client information. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills.Business Development Achieve growth. Understand E&Y and its service lines and actively seek/encourage team members to listen to client needs, contribute ideas, and identify potential opportunities to bring value to clients.Requirements: - a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required (an, MHA and/or MPH degree is a plus and may substitute for some of the overall experience requirement) - a minimum of 2 years of relevant health care advisory experience with a health care provider, or a regional / Big 4 firm - Proficiency in LEAN / Six Sigma and change management (green belt Six Sigma a plus) -demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/prioritize -strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills - excellent written and verbal communication skills -excellent client service skills are a must -PC proficiency including spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applicationsThe successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel.CA-Los Angeles
