Our services address five areas: revenue management, financial performance, regulatory reporting and compliance, Managed Care contracting, and post-issuance disclosure. Our Revenue Management team has talented and dedicated individuals, supported with proprietary EY tools and advanced technology, who assist senior executives in many areas including pricing, charge structure, charge capture, coding and documentation, and billing compliance. Conduct performance reviews, contribute to performance feedback and serve as a leader and mentor. Understand/follow workplace policies, as well as respect/protect confidential client information. Maintain an educational program to continually develop skills. Managing and Exceeding Client ExpectationsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key client executives. Collaborate to plan objectives within a defined budget, and develop strategies that address risk. Understand and articulate trends in the industry. Apply/communicate strategic objectives and organizational policies of EY. To qualify, candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Master's in Healthcare Administration preferred 8 to 12 years experience in acute care hospital and revenue cycle operations, either in industry or in a professional advisory environment, including Chargemaster (pricing, optimization, transparency, management, compliance, denial management, etc), Charge Capture (methodologies, alternatives, process controls, system interfaces, multiple ancillaries, etc), Managed Care Contracting (evaluation, optimization, negotiation, etc.) and familiarity with regulatory principles (cost reporting, DSH, Medicare Bad Debt, wage index, IME/GME, etc.) Candidate should have multiple experiences leading (including the supervision of multiple staff) some of, if not all, of the following project types in acute care and multi-hospital environments: Chargemaster ' Pricing, Transparency, Compliance, Standardization (multi-hospital) Charge Capture ' Multiple Ancillary Assessment, Redesign, Implementation, CPOE and EMR interfaces Managed Care ' Evaluation, Optimization, Negotiation, etc. Denials Management ' Assessment, Redesign & Implementation Demonstrated multiple Project Management experiences, including creating work plans, budgets, managing budget to actual, and goal setting/benchmarks. Strong reputation in marketplace for delivering high quality client service and engagement deliverables Demonstrated ability to identify add-on sales opportunities beyond current project Maintains broad base of relationships and contacts with C Level executives in acute care and multi-hospital organizations Experience developing and managing the sales process for multiple potential client opportunities simultaneously. Ability to immediately establish credibility and trust with potential client executives. Supervisory and management experience required. Ability to coach and mentor staff. Ability to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc. Experience working with C Level management in client environments Skilled at conducting training to internal and external constituents at all levels Ability to manage multiple responsibilities for any given client and/or engagement. Ability to provide targeted communication (written and verbal) to internal and external constituents, tailored to the appropriate audiences. Ability to provide accurate and effective deliverables with little to no oversight. Ability to determine the client's needs which fall outside of the scope of a given engagement and effectively communicate them to the client and suggest alternative solutions to address the scope exceptions. Ability to lead highly motivated teams as well as by oneself and deliver a high quality work product.
