Help Desk Manager - Level 1 Customer Support

Stable company in the Greentree, PA seeking a Help Desk Manager - Level 1 Customer Support individual who will be responsible for, but not limited to:Ability to actively manage a customer support team of 10 - 15 employees supporting web-based, client, and 3rd party software to meet individual and team performance goals and quality standards. Must possess strong people qualities to hire, coach, train, motivate, and develop employees. Ability to create reports and metrics to measure and evaluate call volume and quality. Ability to develop and communicate work schedules while avoiding conflicts with vacation, unplanned absences, and scheduled time off.  Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Preferably, the individual will possess:Knowledge of the mortgage, banking, or real estate services industry A technical aptitude Knowledge of call center technology including Symposium, Web Client, and Call Pilot are a plus.  A bachelors degree is required and a minimum of 3 years experience is required.
