Human Resouces

· Conducts preliminary interviews with qualified job candidates.

· Complies and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.

· Complies data from personnel records and prepares reports.

· Day to day plan wide management including team lead mentoring and
  counseling.

· Policy and Procedure changes, Implementation, and enforcement.

· Must be compatible of creating and implementing human resource strategies,
  policies and procedure programs aligned with corporate goals and standards

· Provide employee guidance through effective communication and
  interpretation of compliance laws, codes, and ordinances.

· Establish processes to enhance organization performance and readiness,
  including succession planning, leadership development, performance
  planning and appraisal, staffing, training and education, employee relations
  and benefits and reward systems.

· Responsible for the planning and implementation of goals to achieve the
  company mission and protect the company from liability.

· Conduct new hire orientation, benefit sessions, and management training 
  meetings with new employees on company policy and procedure.

· Ensure compliance with State and Federal labor laws and requirements and
  responded to government request for internal reports.

· Coach, counsel, and guide supervisors/managers on progressive counseling
  and termination, review and recommend appropriate action for all
  terminations as well as enforcement.

· Develop job descriptions for all positions including field and office staff.

· Recruiting personnel for vacant positions.

· Responsible for interviewing, hiring, new employee orientation, termination,
  lay-off, job reclassification, and personnel coordination.

· Manage workers compensation and administer the safety programs.

· Manage the develop, implementation and interpretation of all personnel
  policies and procedures.

 

 

 

Skills

English/Spanish bilingual, ability to work well under pressure, Microsoft Office
