Position Overview:
The Hackett Group’s HR Transformation consultants work with clients determine HR strategy, performance measurement requirements, expected benefits, implementation planning and costs and supporting business cases for transformational change. Our consultants leverage our unique Business Process Intelligence (BPI) knowledge base and our extensive Hackett benchmarking and research capability as well as our proven methods and tools to rapidly assess areas of opportunity and redesign:
Transactional Processing Employee Life-Cycle Decision Support HR Management and Administration
This position includes the ability to build demand for transformation, strategy and other practices of The Hackett Group within existing clients, and to provide downstream business opportunities for the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development — Responsible for establishing a strong working
relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice
and the firm. Consulting Delivery — Responsible for the project planning process and
creation of value propositions. Also responsible for leading and
participating in engagements in one of the following roles:
Project LeaderTeam LeaderSubject-Matter-ExpertFacilitator
Thought Leadership — Provide insight to new and emerging best practices
and their potential business benefits. Practice Leadership — Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality
of the practice in various roles such as collateral development,
recruiting, and methodology development.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Deep subject matter expertise in at least three of the following:HR Strategic PlanningBest Practice HR TransformationService Delivery Model Design Outsourcing/OffshoringLinking Strategy to KPIs / Process MapsHR Performance Reporting and Analysis HRMS Assessment and SelectionProcess and Information Requirements RedesignFamiliarity with the underlying requirements, business case and business Design of the use of one of the following solutions is a plus:Balanced ScorecardHR Best PracticesHR BenchmarkingHR Technology selectionHR Application implementationProject ManagementAbility to help clients solve problems that deal with business
strategies, information requirements, process, organization and
technology.Ability to develop creative solutions and value propositions.Capable of formulating and executing project plans.Minimum of 3 years external consulting experience - Big 5 or comparable
experience and client relationship responsibility a definite plus.Extensive executive level (C-levels) relationship management and some
business development experience.Proven track record of delivering professional services to Fortune 1000
clients. Strong client retention skills.Exceptional oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills, are an absolute must. Project management experience minimum of 5 years. BA/BS Degree is required. A graduate degree is a definite plus. Ability to travel on a regular basis up to 100%.
