Human Resources Rep Part-time Market Day is a well respected organization known nationally for its ingenious fundraising food cooperative concept. We currently seek an experienced HR professional for our Columbus distribution facility. The selected candidate will provide support/direction in recruitment, employee relations, drug/alcohol testing compliance, administration activities, payroll coordination and new employee orientation as well as work closely with managers/associates to assess needs and provide professional support in achieving business objectives. 3 yrs. HR experience with a recruitment and employee relations focus, excellent communication/analytical/problem solving skills, ability to work independently and HS diploma required. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business, computer skills including HRIS, payroll and word processing preferred. 32 hour work week.
