We are continuing to grow and are seeking an
IT Program Manager The IT Program Manager directs and manages Alta Resources' service of clients operation. The objectives of the role are to obtain optimum results, ensure efficiency and economy of operations, and maximize established program objectives through the development and management of business processes, technology solutions, and staff. This position will be expected to travel offshore as well as to client and Alta corporate offices as needed. Travel time is expected to be no more than 20%.  

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and 5 or more years experience in credit/finance and/or Information Technology industry Multiple years of experience in a leadership role with financial accountabilities including profit and loss required Experience managing onsite and remote employees preferred; international experience is a plus Must have the ability to travel offshore. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
