ITEC 'Program Advisory Services - Complex Program Management Manager Ernst & Young's Information Technology Enablement Center (ITEC) is a Center of Excellence that assists our national advisory practices in ' planning, leading practices, methods, pursuits, resource & teams, delivery and management of large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in the space of Information Technology. The Program Advisory Services (PAS) Advanced Solutions organization within ITEC focuses at the intersection of business, technology and large/complex initiatives and assists organizations in the following areas: Complex Programs Initiative Portfolio Management & Governance Innovation Strategy and Management Strategic Outsourcing Transformation and Change Management We have an opening for a Manager specializing in Complex Program Management. Responsibilities Experience in leading/managing full lifecycle implementation projects using leading practices, methods, frameworks, standards and maturity models (e.g. SEI CMMI, PMI, ISO 12207, Oracle AIM/CDM, SAP ASAP, Agile, RUP) Experience in leading large scale planning, execution and controlling activities for projects strategic benefits and objectives, or subsections of large/complex programs (e.g. Custom Application Development initiatives, ERP (Oracle/SAP) Directly managed or assisted in managing multi-million dollar projects, or subsections of multi-year large/complex projects including PMO design/operations & governance Ability to perform feasibility studies and risk-adjusted cost benefit analyses Experience in and/or exposure to leading organizational planning, reengineering and transformation initiatives (benefits management, program stakeholder management and program governance) including IT programs and business transformation endeavors Ability to perform critical analysis of large complex programs/projects including program performance measures, controls and analytics based analysis Ability to develop program recovery plans and remediation options (cost benefit analysis) to executive management Experience in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis including sensitivity, decision tree analysis to depict key interactions and utilizing simulation models to analyze the behavior/performance and the outcomes to project plan Experience in enterprise risk management initiatives including risk planning, execution and response development. Experience and/or certified in PM tools (e.g. Primavera/MS EPM/CA Clarity/HP PPM/Planview)Position requires 100%.travel. Qualifications To qualify, candidates must have: A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience 7 years or more of industry/advisory experience with Bachelors, MIS, Engineering, Applied Science, Finance, Economics and/or (desirable) MBA ' (project management, finance, operations) OR Master of Science - Computer Science or Engineering or Applied Science Desirable Certifications - PMI (PgMP/PMP/CAPM)/Prince2/Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt) Required Attributes Analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems Other Key CharacteristicsCollaboration, Team Work, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills Integrity, maturity and dependability Willingness to travelUnited States
