ITEC -Program Advisory Services (PAS) - Transformation and Change Management - Senior Manager Ernst & Young's Information Technology Enablement Center (ITEC) is a Center of Excellence that assists our national advisory practices in - planning, leading practices, methods, pursuits, resource & teams, delivery and management of large, complex full lifecycle initiatives in the space of Information Technology. The Program Advisory Services (PAS) Advanced Solutions organization within ITEC focuses at the intersection of business, technology and large/complex initiatives and assists organizations in the following areas:Complex Programs Initiative Portfolio Management & Governance Innovation Strategy and Management Strategic Outsourcing Transformation and Change Management We have an opening for a Senior Manager specializing in Transformation and Change Management ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated expertise in designing, leading and managing large scale, full lifecycle (design, build, operate, transfer) transformation initiatives (gt;$ 50M) with a focus on Information Technology, Operations and Business Process Transformation Demonstrated expertise in a combination of the following areas - Organizational design and development, organizational governance, strategy and change Management, initiative/program management, business process re-engineering & management, performance improvement Proven expertise in M&A Integration, Technology M&A, technology/process/operations consolidation and rationalization activities Expertise in Initiative and/or product/process portfolio, asset class and program transformation, consolidation and rationalization Six-Sigma (Black Belt), LMP (lean manufacturing practices), SIPOC analysis skills and expertise with program management tools Proven expertise in conducting financial and operating metrics based analysis e.g., risk-adjusted cost benefit analysis, supply-demand analysis, earned value, NPV, IRR, parametric estimating and industry benchmarking Position requires 100%.travel. Qualifications To qualify, candidates must have: A bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience 15 years or more of Industry/Advisory experience preferred with Bachelors - Engineering, Applied Science, Finance, Economics and/or (desirable) MBA - Preferred focus in finance, operations or strategy OR Master of Science - Computer Science or Engineering or Applied Science Required Attributes Analytical and conceptual thinker with innovative capacity Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, and provide structure to complex problems Other Key CharacteristicsCollaboration, Team Work, excellent presentation and communication (written, oral) skills Integrity, maturity and dependability Willingness to travel Demonstrated industry thought leadership is a plus United States
