As an Executive Recruiter for Jeff Harris and Associates, you will be an important member of the team that fills executive positions; develops client relationships, determines talent acquisition objectives; builds executive candidate database; identifies recruiting sources; develops recruiting materials; establishes candidate qualifications; refers qualified candidates; extends employment offers and enhances the organization's reputation.

Ideal Experience:

- 3 years or more Direct Sales Experience
- A Solid and Stable Career History
- Track Record of Successful Results
