Position Description:

For new clients during implementation, Configuration Analysts are accountable to the Project Manager for the configuration and unit testing of the system to perform according to the Discovery Notebook. For existing client project/change control work, Configuration Analysts are accountable to the Service Project Manager for making changes to the system configuration associated with project requirements. For existing client work outside of projects/change controls, Configuration Analysts are accountable to the Service Delivery Manager for researching issues, updating and maintaining configuration and testing client changes.
