In-Bound Lead Qualifier

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

 

v  Under the direction of the Customer Relations Manager, receives calls and manages web requests for product/services. Obtains additional information to proceed further if appropriate.

v  Determines what products and services prospect is interested in and provides qualified lead to TransCore sales representative for follow up. Recognizes high interest prospects and makes timely and effective transfers to TransCore Commercial Sales Rep.

v  Promotes high credibility and professional image over the phone. Learns basic script and can solve problems independently using tools currently in place. Maintains positive attitude and strong focus.

v  Tracks and reports out on weekly and monthly basis for both phone and web leads to ensure all leads have been followed up on appropriately.

v  Uses TransCore’s CRM proficiently to ensure the leads are distributed to the correct sales rep. Understand the lead assignment processes and uses correctly.


QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required. College degree preferred.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret simple correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to prospects and to employees of the organization.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS: Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite Office software. Especially MS Office, MS Exchange/Outlook and internet explorer. CRM Experience preferred (Seibel, ACT, Goldmine etc,)

 

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized  situations.

 

OTHER REQUIREMNTS: Excellent telephone communication skills including questioning, listening and negotiating skills required.Well organized with a strong attention to detail.Alert, personable, well groomed/professional appearance.

 

 

KEY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

v  Leads processed in a timely manner taking no longer than 9 working hours from the time they come in.

v  Lead assignment and de-dup process followed with 99.9% accuracy.
