Inbound Customer Service Rep - Product Support

**Shift is 11:30-8:00Monday -Friday ** Assist internal and external customers with post sales questions, reported issues with product functionality, and product specifications. The associate will be required to interact with customers either verbally or in writing on behalf of Staples in a professional and positive manner and work with external partners in order to assist our customers. Examines and investigates complicated issues using either established troubleshooting, problem-solving or creative specialized techniques. The associate will be required to determine and communicate resolutions that ultimately satisfy and retain the customer. Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED 6 Months to 1 Year experience Basic office equipment (printers, fax, CD/DVD, relay drives, Internet, etc.) troubleshooting experience a plus Strong Customer Service experience mandatory Resourceful, highly motivated, flexible, detail oriented and strong decision-making skills Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and PC skills Professional and courteous phone manner Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently Must be able to perform multiple tasks and should enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
