Inbound Sales Rep.

Position Description:

ADP, with $8.5 billion in revenues and approximately 590,000 clients worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions.The Inbound Sales Rep will take calls and handle web leads from potential customers and qualify them for ADP products and services. This position is focused on giving potential customers a positive first experience with ADP. Through pre-qualification, leads will be handed off to both the field and inside sales organization. This will be a quota-bearing position. Have responsibility for specific targets and goals for inbound lead activityResponsible for the “Closed loop lead process”. Individual will enter each lead into the database and ensure timely follow-up by field or inside rep.Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.Flexibility and desire to make “outbound” calls during non-peak inbound timesLead and participate in regular sales and account planning meetings with Field Relationship Managers and leadership team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing1-2yrs customer service experiencePrior Telesales experience a plusHR or Payroll experience a strong plus• Excellent systems literacy knowledge – MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet• Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery• Strong communication and customer relations skills• Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated• Positive attitude• Effective time and activity management skills• Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure• Goal-oriented• Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail• Organized with excellent time management skills• Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge• Ability to manage multiple tasks• Able to work independently as well as with a team
