Inside Channel Sales and Marketing Representative
Our client a Software Security firm offering a product line consisting of Spam prevention and intrusion detection is seeking a commissioned inside sales representative to contact exsisting and new Channels promoting sales and increasing the Channel's awareness. We are looking for individuals who want to join a company that is trusted, respected, and innovative! We need dynamic individuals for an Inside Sales Representative position reporting directly to the President.
Internet security sales is one of the most lucrative careers in todays' business environment.
FIRST YEAR EARNINGS TARGET: $70,000 . Base + incentives
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for proactively prospecting and networking to generate leads and sales, using telephone, email and fax communications. This individual should be capable of selling, marketing, following up with leads that have been provided, and generating leads on their own.
Ideal candidates will:
1. Prospect and conduct inside sales calls to clients regarding the products and services that Network Security provides.
2. Conduct cold-calling to assist in establishing a client list.
3. Generate leads and set appointments for Account Managers as directed by President.
4. Track and manage current and potential customers using CRM software and systems.
5. Successfully sell the products and services provided.
6. Establish strategic relationships with vendors and partners, etc.
7. Provide reports on sales activities, sales forecasts, and others as needed to measure sales objectivity.
8. HAVE EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO EARN $70,000 PER YEAR
Job RequirementsSelf-motivated with a technical background . Driven attitude with strong desire to learn as well as being a quick learner. Must be results oriented. Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Self-directed with ability to multi-task effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent customer service and follow-through skills. Sales experience a plus, especially cold calling.
