Inside Sales/Cold Calling Specialist

Description
CERTPOINT Systems Inc, an enterprise software company focusing on learning solutions for businesses, needs an inside sales/ cold calling specialist to generate, manage and set appointments for our outside sales team.

Responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility will be to prospect for new leads via cold calling, emailing and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
• Turn old leads into new opportunities by mining the existing lead database and nurturing previous inquiries.
• Clearly and convincingly communicate the CERTPOINT value proposition to excite prospects to meet with sales execs.
• Function as a “first responder” to inbound inquiries and leads generated by CERTPOINT marketing programs.
• Perform early stage selling
• Work closely with sales execs for smooth transition of identified opportunities.

Requirements:
• High energy, task oriented individual
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate business and technology benefits in a simple fashion
• Ability to “connect” with both mid and senior level prospects
• Comfortable with software and technology
• Desire to grow into sales executive role
• Prior sales experience

Education:
