Inside Sales Hunter – Financial Services Software
Irvine-based Loan-Score Decisioning Systems, a leading provider of pricing and automated underwriting systems for the financial services and banking industry, is looking for an aggressive Senior Sales Executive to uncover, pursue and close new business. Loan-Score is a dynamic and fast-growing software firm specializing in lending automation, whose clients include mid-size to larger mortgage banking firms throughout the United States. The company is well positioned to complete 2008 with a banner year in sales revenue.
An increasing demand for software-as-a-service (SaaS) technology is driving the need to expand our sales force. Our profile of satisfied customers is growing rapidly, and we are looking for an Inside Sales Hunter to assist our outside sales reps with prospecting, demo set up, and deal account management.
This sales position is for entrepreneurial-minded professionals with 3-5 years of solid phone-based selling experience in the mortgage lending or banking industry. This is not an entry-level position. You must be able to prospect clients, attain the sales meeting, present the opportunity, work to overcome objections, and focus on helping outside sales to close new business. The primary focus of this position is to adequately qualify accounts and schedule demos for our Senior Sales Executives. Once a demo has been completed the inside sales representative must stay on top of the account and help work the deal to close.
The candidate will generate new business opportunities; qualify prospective customers, schedule and conduct software demonstrations, manage inquiries and close business.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Mortgage lending experience in Wholesale, Retail or Correspondent business channels
· A “Sales Hunter” that enjoys making cold calls, overcoming objections, and differentiating solutions
· A strong sales personality with a 'get it done' attitude, capable of aggressively cultivating new accounts rapidly
· Self-motivated, Aggressive, Intelligent, Ambitious, Tenacious
· Experienced and confident with outbound telesales and heavy prospecting duties
· Excellent communication skills and account management
· Discussing technology issues with C-Level executives
· Excellent listening skills /Understands Consultative sales approach
· College Graduate (BA, BS, 4-year degree) /Or the equivalent industry experience
· Familiarity with ACT, Salesforce.com (or other CRM, SFA application)
· Willingness to learn and be coached
· Attend trade shows as-needed
