As an international distributor of fasteners and class C components, we are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional for our facility in Phoenix, Arizona. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:minimum of 5 years inside sales experience, preferably in the distribution sector  be self directed detail oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency team player self-disciplined excellent verbal and written communication skills bi-lingual preferred

 

Responsibilities will include: direct sales contact with accounts servicing their supply and information needs collaborate with outside sales staff to better coordinate sales activity and customer service collaborate with purchasing and management to facilitate and improve customer service levels set up new accounts process orders, expedite, follow up on quotations and proactively up sell new products and services auditing daily reports and acting on needs
