Inside Sales Representative – Nashville

 

OVERVIEW

 

This is an ideal job for recent college graduates and candidates with a year of sales/business related experience. We  opened a new Service Center in Nashville in January, 2008, with plans to grow rapidly and establish a solid presence in the community.  ServiceSource is an exciting, fast paced, professional environment where we need leaders to help us establish a solid foundation for future growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to use overall business experience and take on additional responsibility over time. ServiceSource promotes from within, based on opportunity and performance.

 

Upon completion of training, Inside Sales Representatives call upon existing customer base of the assigned account. While calls are outbound, it’s not cold calling, and there is no ‘lead generation; involved. Instead, you cultivate relationships and close renewal contracts with approximately 150-200 active accounts each quarter. Inside Sales Representatives place an average of 30-50 calls per day and use the computer to generate quotes, perform customer research, and update account notes using GoldMine CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES  Responsible for the renewal and overall sales of hi-tech service and support agreements to an established customer baseUse databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities Able to work effectively with 150-200 accounts per quarterGenerate sales quotations for customers, using dedicated sales database systemsEnsure the integrity of client information maintained in the database systemsAssist with streamlining of systems and processes to further enhance automation and efficiency

 

QUALIFICATIONSCollege degree, BA/BS requiredCandidate must have basic experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
