Insight Director
Title: Qualitative Insight Director, Global ClientsLocation: Chicago, New York City (must be willing to travel) This Insight Director is an important (content driven) position. The expectation is that this job involves the content leadership of a number of qualitative relationships. This makes the position holder accountable for the calibre of outputs on the named clients business and requires a close working relationship with client services. Primary objectives: · develop business opportunities (globally) within specified client relationships such that qualitative gross profit from the agreed organizations increases by at least 20% each year· provide added value on all multi country qualitative exercises: assume personal responsibility for the quality of the analysis, interpretation and presentation of the content to the client· become the content (strategy) go to partner for the key commissioning global clients· increase client retention rates· build profile for the practice and the company within the client companies· build personal credibility through conference speeches, innovative writing and so on· work closely with client service (the specific Global key Account Director and other client service people as relevant for each client) to identify and exploit commercial opportunities at each specified client· liaise with the higher level managers to ensure that appropriate resource is in place for each of these accounts and foster ways of working that present to the clients companies· become the recognized leader with clients and internal audiences for issues and opportunities with these clients· build a strong reputation as the thought leading qualitative research company with these clients in such a way that drives gross profit growth and relationship building Other responsibilities include: Resource Management Lead roll out process Account support Account support Lead role Assistance in revenue generation Interface between Qualitative and related partners Client satisfaction monitor Cost control Qualifications and Experiences: Expertise in Qualitative and understand other related qualitative specialist skills Excellent presentation skills Credibility with the Qualitative community Proven track record as a strong and experienced leader and builder of client relations Background of successful revenue generation, value add content advice, client relationship building and client project leadership Process management skills Strong coordination skills Leadership abilityTo apply, please email resume as Word document to shuang@talenthunter.net .
