Licensed,  insurance professional wanted to work in fast growing office.  Candidate must be self starter, motivated and willing to work evenings and Saturdays.  Licenses with State of California on Life, Health, Property and Casualty lines.  Bilingual ability a big plus.  Ability to organize their work day, create and manage their own marketing program using an assigned budget and leads generation tools.  Able to communicate effectively both verbally and written.  Able to use Microsoft Office programs and create spreadsheets and presentations. Able to work with a team of people in a professional environment.  Draw/commission with bonuses, flexible hours and days, includes training, mentoring.
