Purpose:

 

The purpose of the International Customer Service Representative position is to be the first point of contact for our Latin America field sales and customers in regards to the entire order process.  The CSR is responsible for communicating directly with customers and sales staff regarding customer’s orders, reviewing customer requirements and facilitating orders through the Oracle Order Management process.  This position is essential to ensuring Datacard can meet our customer’s requirements and properly serve our customers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Manage International customer orders from placement to delivery.

Ø Communicate with our Latin America customers regarding changes in shipment dates, availability of product and back orders.

Ø Resolve discrepancies for external customers on order status, pricing, returns, and warranty policies, etc.

Ø Coordinate shipping methods and specific requirements for internal and external customers.

Ø Maintain customer records.

Ø Ensure International shipments are set up within accordance to United States export regulation.

Ø May provide input on order entry and pricing systems changes.

Ø Perform duties and or projects as assigned.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  3-5+ years in customer service roleFluent in Spanish  and  English both written and oralWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Strong typing skills, minimum 40wpm. High School Diploma/ or GED

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience with Oracle Applications or applicable other ERP systemKnowledge of United States export regulations International business experience B.A/B.S in Business
