Field Financial Analyst Summary

The International Field Financial Analyst analyzes and audits country financials, and reports to the Vice President of International Operations.

Primary Field Financial Analyst DutiesPerforms cost estimates on international business development projects, including risk assessment and performance measurement analyses.Provides detailed training in finance and accounting, advice and assistance on financial best practices and company standards to the international finance/accounting managers. Develops monthly budgets and assists country managers in preparing monthly/annual budgets. Analyzes country managers' financial performance. Prepares standard cost and pricing models for each country. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve international processes. Implements integrated accounting/finance/payroll systems internationally. Ensures standardization of systems, software and practices internationally. Applies common learning across multiple international locations.

 


Essential Field Financial Analyst Skills & ExperienceB.A. degree in finance/accounting or related field; Masters degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years experience with finance cost modeling and analyses Prior international audit experience highly desirable Strong analytical and interpersonal skillsBilingual (English & Spanish) required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, Macro, Look-Up, Query), Outlook, Word, Power Point Must be able to think and act independently Must have strong reasoning and problem-solving skills Must make sound and timely decisions Willing to travel at least 20% of the time
