Position Available: Inside Sales Representative
Position Description and Requirements: Position duties involve: Customer sales, service and satisfaction. Fast and efficient telephone inquiry and order processing. Selling at published prices while being as competitive as necessary. Developing and maintaining long term profitable relationships with credit worthy customers. Other duties as directed by the District Manager or Assistant District Manager
Qualified candidates will possess: Good interpersonal relations. Good negotiating skills. Clear handwriting and documentation. Detail scanning ability. Type 35 WPM. Proficient at business math. Pleasant telephone voice. Mechanical ability. Ability to use – telephone, CRT / personal computer, calculator, stock list, price book, catalogs and trade manuals
Position Available: Outside Sales Representative
Position Description and Requirements: Visit current customers and prospective accounts, provide documented feedback from visits to inside personnel in order to properly service the customer when he inquiries with us, develop strategies for maximizing gross profit with top accounts and specific market segments, provide marketing feedback to be used in optimizing strategies for penetrating the assigned market, increase the sales and gross margin generated in their territory and to grow the territory by maximizing the sales potential at current customers while searching for new business opportunities within the territory. Good interpersonal relations, good negotiating skills with proven sales experience
Qualified candidates will possess: Good documentation skills, ability to build good customer relationships, creative problem solving skill, detail scanning ability, type 35 wpm, proficient in business math, mechanical ability, ability & knowledge to use a laptop computer and Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Lotus Notes and mapping programs, ability to use our Catalogs and trade manuals, good driving record, signed Non-Compete.
Position Available: Sales Manager
Position Description and Requirements: Drives Sales Revenue, Gross Profit $, invoice and inquiry growth initiatives, develops marketing and account strategies to increase revenue, supervises daily activities of Customer Service Specialists & Customer Service Assistants; performs personnel functions including hiring & reviewing performance, conducts employee training activities such as sales and product training as well as individual one on one coaching of sales associates, serves as acting District Manager when necessary.
Qualified candidates will possess: Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience, previous sales experience in related field, previous management experience with proven track record, demonstrates highly positive attitude/behavior & loyalty to the Company and to Mangers, high degree of analysis and calculation of business math, excellent communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to identify problem situations before they escalate, results driven – Sense of urgency, understand company computer systems and order entry screens, product knowledge, ability to manage using the 5 core values: Integrity, Trust, Discernment, Compassion, and Competence, type minimum of 30 WPM, knowledge of Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office products, signed Non-Compete
