Inventory Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management including order management and tracking, rush order management and tracking, low stock calculations and setting, supply monitoring and low stock notifications, restocking coordination, backorder improvement; also to support project kitting/production in the NAC project area as necessary

Customer management, performance measurement and reporting, and support for customer management activities of the Graphics Specialists located onsite at the customer

Customer Web Site Management, customer service training and issues resolution, item maintenance and customer master maintenance

Invoicing and accounts receivable maintenance

Job Specifications:

Excellent and proven client management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills – highly proficient with spreadsheets, numbers and math
Proven detailed organization skills – Attention to Detail
Experience supporting or managing a customer account including invoicing/receivables
Supply chain management and inventory management experience

Web site management and maintenance experience
Proficient in Microsoft applications (intermediate-advanced level functions)
Team orientation and experience
Graphics services and print industry experience (a plus)
People management experience (a plus)


College degree required in business, economics and/or management or related courses
Course work or degree in supply chain management
Advanced degree achieved or in progress (not required, but a plus)
