Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

Oversee and Manage On-handInventory

n  Establishing inventory levels forInventory Optimization.

n Determiningstock levels by part number, maintaining stock level targets while maximizingon time delivery to customers. 

n Communicatingwith internal customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and partnumber interchanges. 

n  Coordinate product movement, & productrotation process

n  Returns Management - process returns asrequired following established procedures.

 Qualifications:

 

n  Must have major attention to detail andfollow-up capabilities.Adapt well to change and react quickly to fluctuating customer requirements.Strong background in supply chain management techniques.

n  Must have working knowledge of customerservice administration and accurate data entry skills, and be proficient withspreadsheets

n  Candidates must possess a Bachlor’s degreeand should have at least three to five years experience in buying/planning.

n  Must be able to act independently andresponsibly in order to meet customer demands in  an efficient andeffective manner

n  Excellent interpersonal, organizationaland time management skills

n Consistentquality levels of service and team oriented work ethics
