Description:
Responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Communications and Investor Relations department's activities to help enable the most effective two-way communication between the company and the financial community and other internal and external audiences. Involved in all levels of the company's investor relations efforts, inlcuding strategy, planning and implementation of quarterly press releases and conference calls, slide presentations, special projects such as the annual report, annual shareholders meeting, and analyst day, and preparation of investor related marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
Writing & editing of scripts & press releasesEvent planning and coordinating.Updating investor databaseMarketing.Coordinating with web casting & conference call companies. Remain appraised of market and industry conditions, key developments for major customers and strategic partners, and Wall Street’s attitudes toward the company, the peers and industry.Remain up to date on SEC regulations regarding investor communications. other duties as required.


Qualifications:
Strong Marketing skills.Journalism or related experience.Financial knowledge/background/experience.
