Stafford Solutions is growing to four different markets by mid year and are hiring individuals who possess growth potential.

 

Stafford Business Solutions, Inc. is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing.  To ensure the strength and integrity during our growth, all individuals start out in entry level to undergo paid training and development.  This job involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects.Once proving effective sales negotiation and communication skills, further training, additional responibilities and promotions follow.  We pride ourselves in building from strength and require all business partners to be solidly trained in all levels of business beginning from sales to negotiation, public speaking, finance, human resources and all levels in between.  

 

During this year's growth, we will need multiple management positions filled.  However, we find our greatest success comes from internally training individuals ourselves. We believe in no seniority and train all individuals from the entry level regardless of experience. We avoid office politics by having a policy of promotion based on performance rather than experience or tenure.

- Leadership and Management Training Groups
- Negotiation and Corporate Sales Skills Training

- Human Resources Development

Job Description :

- Negotiating and Communicating among Business Accounts According To Territory
- Giving Presentations in Both Group And Individual Settings
- Orchestrating Client Campaign Meetings
- Cross Training Within Other Areas Of The Company
- Participating in Conference Calls to Assist Growth
