LL Sales Rep - Atlanta

Job Responsibilities:  · Drive revenue through sale of workstation usage and retail items.· Provide prospective clients with personal tours of workstations and explain the services available, as well as the benefits, systems and cost structure.· Complete check-in / check-out, including completing registration forms accurately and correctly for all clients.· Provide copying /printing services for clients at their request in a timely and professional manner.· Recommend and complete retail sales transactions, based on client need and request.· Apprise Manager of current inventory status.· Maintain a professional environment for customer, including: o  Maintain clean work areas and insure they are free of loose papers and trasho  Reformat computer after each customer visito  Clean dust and fingerprints fro all work surfaces, monitors and computerso  Fill printers and fax machines with paper after each customer · Dress in professional manner at all times. Jeans/denim in not allowed at any time, due to airport regulations.· Security badges and Laptop Lane uniform requirements are to be worn at all times.· Manage cash drawers each shift/day to balance all transactions including cash, checks, traveler’s checks and credit cards.· Other duties as assigned by management Required Skills:   Retail sales/sales experience preferred. Skill in operating a PC, Internet and various software packages. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and support skills required. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment Ability to be flexible and adapt to change Ability to work flexible schedules, including a mixture of days, weekends, evenings and holidays.
