Lead 2nd Support Technician

We are looking for a Lead 2nd Level Support Technician for a FULL-TIME position for our client located downtown Chicago.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of how web programming works and how to read it effectively as your role will involve answering any technical questions relating to the connectivity of the web-based system with the external client's system

• Leadership ability and the competency to lead and train a team of 1st level support technicians.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to lead and motivate a team.
• Background should involve a wide breadth of technologies, with particular focus on web technologies.
• Responsible for handling all 2nd level support issues with various clients who will be integrating their environments with a web-based system (i.e. Cold Fusion).
