Our Client is the subsidiary of a 20-year old company that has been public since 1993.  It offers tailored equipment leasing solutions to meet the needs of their clients.  Their goal is to provide the highest quality customer service in the leasing industry.



General Responsibilities

The primary responsibility for the Leasing Sales Professional is to close long-term profitable business in the designated territory.  The Leasing Sales Professional needs to be able to have direct, peer-too-peer discussions with senior management of target accounts, lead the sale process and close business

 

Specific

Accountabilities

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

·  Be able to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to strategic business alliances and target prospective accounts.

·  Be able to quickly differentiate good alliance partners and prospects

·  Understand the alternatives available to other target prospects and be able to quickly position the advantages with confidence and authority

·  Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate company services in the context of the prospects’ business

·  Identify key alliances and contacts

 

 

Background and Experience

·  Strong sales professional (hunter) with a successful track record calling on medium to large-sized companies.

·  Successful candidates must have at least 4+ years of demonstrated success selling technology software or hardware, medical equipment or similar product requiring major capital investments.

·  Position will lead the sales effort by successfully developing new business and partnering opportunities in a territory of the country.

·  Must be driven by building relationships and goal-oriented, and have the ability to work very independently.

·  Requires up to 25% travel.

·  Must have the ability to think on your feet, effectively handle objections and manage the sales process.

Compensation

 

Our client offers an attractive base compensation, plus commissions.  Successful leasing sales professionals can earn multiple six-figure incomes.  There is an attractive benefits package as well that includes: medical/dental and 401(k) with company match. The long-term success of this individual will only be limited by his/her performance.

 

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
