Who You Are

 

We are in need of an experienced, punctual individual (seasoned professional preferred) with a polished appearance and a Series 7 securities licensure (Series 8 a plus) to assist in daily operations. Duties include processing and opening new accounts, handling client questions and communications, transfers, journals, life insurance processing, wires, bank deposits, applying required funds to client accounts, annuity & direct business processing, executing trades, distribution processing, and all additional facets & follow up of operational tasks. Intermediate computer literacy is required, and training will be provided on software programs specific to our firm.
