Litigation & Dispute Consulting Senior Manager Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP ("Deloitte FAS") offers advice to clients on financial, economic and strategic "lifecycle" events and transactions through four main service areas:  Corporate Finance, Forensic & Dispute Services, Reorganization Services and Valuation Services.   Through these service areas, Deloitte FAS provides such services as: forensic and litigation consulting; corporate investigations; technology risk assessments; electronic data recovery/evidence management; transaction advisory services for acquisitions, divestitures and recapitalizations; business valuation; and restructuring.  The specialized skill sets, deep industry knowledge, and experience of our dedicated Deloitte FAS professionals, combined with the resources of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) member firms, enable us to respond quickly to the complex and diverse needs of our clients.   We are seeking qualified candidates to join our Forensic & Dispute Services practice: Our Forensic Services professionals help reconstruct accounting and business records and provide the detailed analysis necessary to uncover essential facts and insights. We can bring to bear the range of our forensic investigation skill set to help our clients understand and analyze events or issues and prepare to deal with them. We have developed methodologies and strategies that help clients handle difficult circumstances.  With decades of dispute consulting experience and through thousands of cases of various types and descriptions, our Dispute Services practice has a solid track record of helping counsel with challenging financial and economic issues in complex litigation and other business dispute cases. We are trained to provide valuable financial insight and clarity to counsel during all stages of a business dispute, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony. We have applied our specific skills and experience across a broad spectrum of professional services areas, such as breach of contract,intellectual property, securities, purchase price disputes, fraud, business interruption, and environmental issues. 7+ years of experience in litigation/dispute consulting and accounting or auditing. Understanding of the legal process/principles governing recovery of lost profits, and damages, and experience in the preparation of and response to document requests, interrogatories, and other aspects of related discovery, and other areas related to litigation support services is desired. Demonstrated ability to read, understand and interpret financial statements/records, and the ability to perform market and industry research using the internet, databases, and other financial resources. Experience managing client relationships and leading/participating in client presentations. A strong finance or accounting background required.  MBA or CPA is preferred.
