MS SQL Server 2005 DBA

Position: DBA/System Administrator


The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in addition to an intuitive understanding of data across a wide variety of user and application domains.

 

Required skills: MCITP MS SQL Server 2005 Administrator (or Developer) certification MCDBA certification acceptable with extensive SQL Server 2005 experience 2 - 4 years of MS SQL Server DBA experience (SQL Server 2005) Experience with MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Ability to develop/debug/test/deploy complex stored procedures and functions to meet application requirements Advanced SQL/T-SQL coding skills Data Analysis experience Experience with writing control scripts and job automation for multi-level windows programs Windows/DOS Batch scripting (Windows)

 Preferred skills: MCSE or MCSA certification Active Directory Services configuration and management experience Crystal Reports (Administrative and/or Development) experience Experience with an ETL Tool (i.e. DataLever, Informatica, Data Stage, Ab Initio, etc.) Consulting experience (Accenture, IBM, HP, etc…) a plus.
