Huntington's Directors are professional motivators who adhere to achieving goals and objectives of their Centers. They lead and manage a team of dedicated full and part-time employees, in providing the utmost in care and service to their students. They help to create a bond with parents during both initial and ongoing conferences. They promote our services through school and business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental educational services to students. Successful candidates will have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success, and will be responsible for the financial health of their centers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Director Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Meet revenue, operation and marketing goals of the Center.
- Present an individualized education program to parents during an initial conference.
- Lead, motivate and evaluate full time staff members.
- Monitor and maintain Center activity.
- Work closely with students, administering evaluations, assisting new students and oversee student educational programs.
- Conduct follow up parent conferences.
- Visit schools regularly to meet with teachers and administrators.
- Promotion of the Center and participation in the community.
- Able to handle customer concerns in a calm and positive manner.
- Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggests improvements, and collaborate with others to generate ideas and improve processes.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidates must possess the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Teaching experiences a plus.
- Experience and success in education sales or retail service industries with strong leadership, motivation, customer service & communication skills.
- High levels of energy & enthusiasm, outgoing & confident personality.

-Compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings.
- Professional demeanor, flexible personality with the ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
-Effective management skills in a changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals.
- Excellent people skills including delegation, giving feedback, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
-Detail-oriented organizational and multi-tasking ability; flexibility.
- Patience and compassion for school-aged children.
