Manager, Business Applications Testing

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: The Manager of Business Applications Testing is responsible for the development and execution of the overall test strategy for software development and maintenance projects related to business applications.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: BS degree and minimum of 2 years experience in testing business systems required. Knowledge & experience in functional testing, scenario testing, overall test planning and management preferred. Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills required to facilitate the development of test strategy and coordination of multiple simultaneous projects. Proficiency in MS Office suite and excellent oral & written communication skills required. Strong problem solving & strong initiative required. Must be able to prioritize & handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Limited travel required. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
