MANAGER, DIGITAL MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling 10 or more subordinates engaged in multimedia development and 3D animation. The candidate will be responsible for making recommendations for human resource actions to include hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation increases. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing performance-based business development with current clients to sustain and expand existing business base; working with a group management team to establish business development targets and support the efforts of individuals and teams responsible for achieving those targets; managing schedules and budget activities and technical performance for assigned contract deliverables; overseeing the implementation of procedures for consistency as required across programs; serving in a significant role as a major client interface for technical and functional issues to address broad project objectives; providing leadership; and establishing criteria to monitor project performance.
The qualified candidate must possess a MA/MS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Educational Technology or a related academic field plus 4 to 6 years directly related experience.
The qualified candidate must have experience managing personnel and a range of educational programs for the Department of Defense to include the development of SCORM conformant WBT courses to Serious Games. Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance is also required.
