Our solutions include: People Strategy, HR Transformation, Learning and Training: HR Technology.Talent Management Strategy Consulting:We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing, profitable Human Capital practice with demonstrated expertise in Talent Management strategies at the Manager level. This individual will play a lead human capital role in enterprise / global change programs as part of a larger project team providing Enterprise Transformation or Technology Enabled Transformation. In this position, the candidate will play a role in delivering large, complex Human Capital related projects that may include:Design and implementation of Workforce Development Strategies: Competency Development, Skill assessments, Recruiting strategies, Talent Management, Succession planning, Employee satisfaction surveys, and Leadership DevelopmentDesign & implementation of a high-performing HR functions including: Service delivery model alignment, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), HR software selection, Assessment & planning, ROI development, Outsourcing analysis Required Performance Profile: Five or more (5+) years of experience in the management consulting industry. Minimum of seven (7+) years experience within the human resources domain: design, development and program management associated all aspects of talent strategy, including talent acquisition, talent management (performance management, succession planning, employee development etc.) and talent engagement / retention. An additional five or more (5+) years of experience managing enterprise Human Capital projects. Consistently meets or exceeds client expectations as demonstrated by receiving follow on work. Manage engagements or projects to consistently achieve practice revenue, profit objectives and quality objectives. Exemplary facilitation, analytical and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a team. Proficiency with MS Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with human capital issues on a global scale. Undergraduate degree in related field is required. MBA, MS, MA or PhD degree in related fields is strongly preferred.
