Manager - Turnkey Benefits

Rapidly growing employee benefits consulting/management firm in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking an experienced Manager for TurnKey Benefits, a Division of the Key Family of Companies.  The Manager will be responsible for managing a staff of people who provide agency services to clients. Clients include small to large size with fully insured medical and ancillary products (Life, STD, Dental, etc.) as well as self-funded administration for some of our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Interview and hire people to perform these functions within the company. Oversee the workflows and procedures to assure efficient staffing standards. Develop and monitor work standards and performance expectations. Interact with employees on a regular basis to monitor performance expectations. Assist employees in their development so that they may continually grow in their current position/career. Hold employees accountable for their performance expectations. Write timely performance reviews for all employees. Assure that deadlines are met to deliver renewal and other presentations to clients. Write and implement and strategic plans for the company. Carry out all responsibilities in a fiscally responsible manner within the established budget. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets. Train or oversee the training of employees. Liaison of communications between sales/marketing and operations staff to assure the smooth flow of information and materials from one to the other. Other duties as assigned.]
