Manager of Compensation
Overview To design, manage and administer all compensation programs for the organization which are cost effective and competitive. Responsibilities: Management of one or more of the following programs Incentive compensation programs. Annual reviews of the design and analysis. Present recommendations to Senior Management that adhere to company goals and objectives. Salary survey participation and analysis. Recommend structure determinations and salary ranges. Merit budget planning and matrixes. Administration of focal salary reviews. Job evaluations, grading of positions and managing the data in a system. Stock option program. Annual review of program design, administration and coordination with vendor. SOX (Sarbanes Oxley requirements), adherence and compliance. Consult with business and HR partners. Provide compensation expertise and guidance. Create educational materials and present to HR team and Management on Compensation Programs and Trends Qualifications Required BS/BA, CCP or coursework towards certification. 7+ years' Compensation experience in a medium to large sized company (8000 +) Experience designing programs for all workforce levels ( non-exempt, exempt, executive) Expertise with various compensation methods and structures. 3+ yrs experience developing Incentive Compensation plans. Exposure or experience in developing Sales Commission Plans. Strong demonstrated Project Management Skills. Other HRMS systems experience and other types of compensation software/systems. Direct experience with Incentive Compensation Systems is a plus. Ability to multi-task and deliver in a change management environment.
