HFMC61033 Director of Financial Planning and Analysis A well known publicly traded company is in need of a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. The ideal candidate will come from a large, complex organization and have strong communication skills. Identify and analyze key business drivers and provide management with timely analysis and recommendations to make strategic and tactical business decisions. Perform monthly and quarterly detailed financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting of the financial performance of the company and business units. Streamline and enhance current monthly and quarterly reporting package Develop and manage reporting of new and existing key business metrics Identify areas for improvement of reporting, increasing accuracy, timeliness, and profitability. Contribute to various ad hoc projects as necessary; Requirements: B.A./B.S. in accounting or finance with five plus years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience. C.P.A. or M.B.A. a plus. FP&A supervisory experience in a large publcly traded company. Superior financial modeling and analysis skills; expert knowledge of MS Excel is essential. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines. Strong working knowledge of financial statements and knowledge of accounting principles.
