Manager of Quality Assurance & Work Order Entry Team

Job Summary: REO Allegiance Inc. is a nationwide REO maintenance and property preservation company specializing in the foreclosure industry. We are currently seeking a motivated self starting individual to work from our Bayonne New Jersey Corporate Headquarters. The candidate will be responsible for the monitoring of our Nationwide “Ghost Inspection” Program as well as implementing additional programs regarding Quality Assurance for REO Allegiance. The perfect candidate will be responsible for 3rd party inspections of foreclosed properties and the implementation of our Quality Assurance Protocol nationwide. The position may require some travel within the USA and the continued monitoring of our vendor network. The candidate will be required to remain informed on all related foreclosure activity assigned to REO Allegiance on a local and national level. The candidate will be responsible for meeting with our contractor network, recruiting new contractors, training and conducting mini seminars on a local and national level. Our new hire will also oversee the National “Ghost Inspection” Program and interface with our Nationwide Inspection Vendor to ensure quality of service for all regions nationwide. The position involves interfacing with third party inspection vendors and monitoring the results.  The candidate will be expected to implement our Contractor Coach Program and redirect contractors regarding work performance.  The candidate will need to establish and communicate new policy change, terminate non compliant contractors, attend and speak at contractor based tradeshows, interface with trade related organizations, attract new contractors into our network. The candidate will be expected to attend some trade related conferences, interface with trade organizations, interact with clients and coordinate client based activities, identify new business opportunities, interact with management, respond to and solve any Vendor Quality Control Issues. The candidate will be expected to monitor all national related inspection activity, analyze and report the results to REO Allegiance Management. Additionally this manager will be responsible for the Order Placement Team (currently 5 individuals) including all of the responsibilities that come with managing a team in addition to the oversight of work order entry, scheduling, and vendor assignment. A strong knowledge of computers, MS Word, Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and systems is a necessary prerequisite. A college degree is preferred with some working knowledge of vendor/ project management, property maintenance and/or real estate is a plus.
