Market Development Manager

Title: Director of Marketing, Electronic Medical Records & Practice Mgmt services for Solo/Small Physician Group market.

 

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy to position Glenwood’s Practice Management and EMR product & services. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, strategic alliances, advertising and other promotional activities.

 

Responsibilities: Responsible for the marketing of Glenwood’s Practice Management /EMR software and third party billing solutions to Physicians & other healthcare providers. Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge of Practice Management & EMR software. Develop & nurture sales channels and alliance partners for distributing Glenwood’s Products & Subscriptions. Typical target partners would include Pharma companies, Practice Mgmt Consultants, Local computer installation & support vendors. Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with Principal, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Glenwood’s product & services and it’s programs across all available media.



 

Job Specifications: 4-6 years of sales & marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Experience with healthcare software and software related services for Physicians & small Groups. Ability to work independently with self-motivation. Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Strong understanding of the customer – preferably Doctors & their practice management consultants. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Proven ability to co-ordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional  activities.
