Market Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will be responsible for new product development, business development support, and for all new products development from inception to launch.  This position will also support all sales efforts by developing marketing collateral and BWG proposals under the direction of the EVP of Marketing.


 

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.  A Master’s degree in Marketing/Communications or MBA is desirable but not required. Three to five years of experience in product development, developing marking materials and proposals, consumer electronics or PC industry, and working with leading retailers in the consumer electronics and /or personal computer space. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS-Project) software is a requirement.  The candidate must have the creative ability with exceptional organization and time management skills, verbal, written, and communication skills, a strong drive to work independently, as well as, the ability to supervise graphic artist. The candidate must have a strong ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and demonstrate the ability to lead people and achieve results through others is a requirement.  An understanding of Business to Business and Business to Consumer, as well as, experience in retail extended warranty space is a plus.
