Base salary will be in the mid $60K range,  plus an estimated $32K - $37 bonus at plan; $95K - $105K total package first year with no cap. $125k- $140K plus is very possible for a motivated quota buster in the first year if you have a history of exceeding your sales plan. Requirements

You will be directly responsible for sales of products and services to Healthcare Facilities and Building Service Contractors in the Carolinas; some limited travel may be required. You must be able to manage established accounts as well as actively capture new business and of course be a team player.

A four year college degree is required. 

The preferred candidate will have at least 3 years of proven successful sales history selling to Building Services Contractors or Healthcare facilities, or be someone that works for a Building Service Contractor in Sales. My client will consider top reps from the Jan/san industry. If you have experience selling consumable products, equipment or services to Environmental, Housekeeping, or Facility level contacts, this could be a great opportunity for you.
