Your Opportunities:

This position will play a critical role in helping our demand generation team by managing the operations and information related functions associated with the execution of marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing managers and business development team to help them create, launch, and manage well segmented and targeted lead generation campaigns. This includes maintaining the infrastructure and associated marketing tools to support an array of marketing programs, marketing database management, and reporting requirements.

Your Responsibilities: Manage and facilitate usage of marketing tools such as SalesLogix (SLX) and Communigator within the marketing organization.Working with the global operations team, you will provide leadership in the use of these tools and be a power user" and go to person for the rest of the regional marketing team.Develop and implement strategy for ongoing data import, validation, augmentation, and enhancement of QlikView's target accounts database in SLX. Includes evaluation and selection of various data suppliers and enhancement technologies.Work with marketing managers and business development to help them segment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database: process, standards, access control, and documentationCollaborate with corporate field marketing to define marketing analytics and create QlikView dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of the operations: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution, pipeline contribution, ROMI, overall marketing performance.Provide daily inbound and post event lead management through SLX. Research and assign leads to appropriate business development resource.Provide tracking, analysis and oversight of the marketing budget, to drive proactive budget management by acting as intermediary between the financial and marketing.Provide leadership in defining, mapping and documenting key marketing process.

Your Qualifications: 3+ years experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing environmentUniversity degree in business, mathematics or database administrationStrong knowledgeable background in data mining & analysisExperienced in data maintenance and cleansing tacticsAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProcess and quality orientation with attention to detailGeneral understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence and lead management processes and technologiesInnovative, motivated, organized, high energy team playerExcellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentationAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
