Marketing Project Manager

Position Summary

1.  Trade shows and events- travel required to attend trade shows and/or sales meetings.

2.  Track Local Area Marketing Funds  (LAM)

3.  Manage inventory of company print collateral, apparel and other company logo items.

4.  Work with outside vendors to secure a variety of professional services such as trade show services, logo premiums and print.

5.  Work on projects which include creative development, design and layout of marketing collateral.

6.  Press Releases

 

Minimum Qualifications

Marketing degree preferred, but not required. 

3-4 Years of Marketing experience required.

Experience and knowledge of trade show management.

Ability to understand, plan and follow budgets.

Computer skills:  Adobe Publisher, Illustrator, Quark Express and similar software programs to manage collateral.

Ability to read and appropriately interpret documents such as vendor contracts, procedure manuals, etc.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and summarize investigations.

Ability to speak effectively before department executives, senior management or employees of organization.

 

15% travel required- Depending on time of year.
